Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Cut steak into large, bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a heavy cooking pot.
  3. 3. Add steak to oil, and saute until cooked through.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
  6. 6. Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
