Beef Soup Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium sized burger rolls
  • 8 slices of american cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dash basil
  • 8- 10 x10 pieces of tinfoil

Directions:

  1. In skillet on med-high, heat oil and add onion / garlic /basil to sweat
  2. Add beef, and brown (Drain if desired)
  3. Lay out rolls on tin foil squares
  4. On tops of buns squirt circles of mustard. then put on cheese
  5. Heat oven to 350 deg
  6. Add can of soup to meat (dont add water, just the soup)
  7. Salt-n-pepper to taste
  8. After thickened put equal parts of meat mixture on each bun
  9. Put the tops back on, wrap in foil and into the oven of 12-15 mins
  10. Enloy !
