Rocky Mountain Brisket with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine salt, pepper, chili powder and bay leaves.
  2. Rub meat completely with liquid Smoke.
  3. Place meat, fat side up, in a large roasting pan.
  4. Sprinkle dry seasoning mixture on top.
  5. Cover tightly.
  6. Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 325 degrees.
  7. Scrape seasoning off meat and cut in very thin slices across the grain.
  8. Serve with barbecue sauce.
  9. To make sauce, combine all ingredients.
  10. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  11. Cook for 10 minutes.
  12. Serve with sliced brisket.
