Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ===Pots and pans:.
  2. Large electric skillet, 1-9x13 casserole dish, 1 gallon Ziplock bag, aluminum foil (or lid) to cover casserole dish.
  3. ===Preparation:.
  4. Mash and peel garlic.
  5. Skin onion, slice in half, then slice thinly.
  6. In 1 gallon bag, mix flour and Cavender's Greek Seasoning.
  7. Cube meat.
  8. Dice 4 cloves garlic.
  9. ===Cooking:.
  10. Heat oil in electric skillet to 300°F.
  11. Place meat in bag, shake/turn to coat with flour.
  12. Remove meat from bag, shaking off excess flour, add to oil in skillet.
  13. Brown meat on all sides.
  14. Remove meat to casserole dish.
  15. Add whole cloves and diced to casserole dish.
  16. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  17. Add olive oil to skillet as needed to saute onions. Add onions to skillet and saute until soft.
  18. Remove onions to casserole dish.
  19. Add wine and beef broth to casserole dish.
  20. Cover casserole dish and place in oven. Bake for 2 hours.
