Beef and Cabbage Stuffed Pig Stomach

Ingredients:

  • 1 pig stomach, cleaned
  • 2 lbs sausage
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 2 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the stomach.
  2. Fill stomach with mixture.
  3. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
