Bacon, Potato and Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bacon , cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1/4 small cabbage , cut into pieces
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook the bacon until done. Drain off the bacon grease. Add potatoes and cover skillet with a lid to cook the pototoes quicker. When potatoes are almost done, add the onion and cabbage. Add salt and pepper. Cover. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
