Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (8 oz) can vegetable soup

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger and onion.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
  3. Add 2/3 cup water to soups and mix together.
  4. Combine all ingredients in 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degreesfor 1 hour.
