Beef and Broccoli in a Plum Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice the steak into bit sized bits.
  2. In a small bowl stir together, plum sauce, water, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger.
  3. In a wok or skillet heat oil on medium heat.
  4. Add broccli, onion and garlic and sautee for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove broccoli mixture and add beef.
  6. Stir fry 5 minutes or until brown.
  7. Stir in sauce and cook until bubbly and thick.
  8. Return broccoli mixture.
  9. Add bok choy and plum.
