Ground Pork and Broccoli

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Add pork and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut broccoli (flowerets and stems) into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in wok over medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic. Stir fry until golden.
  4. Add pork and stir fry for 3 minutes until very lightly browned.
  5. Remove and leave oil in wok. Add more if necessary to measure 1/4 cup.
  6. Turn heat to high. Add broccoli. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  7. Add water and chicken broth. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer until water is almost absorbed.
  8. Add cooked pork. Stir fry for about 10 seconds.
  9. Serve over rice.
