  1. Mix yogurt blue cheese horseradish and half the pepper, cover and put in fridge.
  2. On middle high heat cook the steak in strips for about 4 to 6 minutes and season with the remaining pepper and all the salt. When done cooking let stand for 5 minutes and then cut in to bit sized pieces.
  3. Chop lettuce bell pepper and onion and mix them together in in a bowl.
  4. Spread blue cheese dressing on tortilla and evenly divide lettuce mixture and meat between the 5 tortillas.
