Beef and Blue Cheese Wrap

Ingredients:
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lb steak
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups romaine lettuce
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup red onion
5 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. mix yogurt blue cheese horseradish and half the pepper, cover and put in fridge.
2. on middle high heat cook the steak in strips for about 4 to 6 minutes and season with the remaining pepper and all the salt. When done cooking let stand for 5 minutes and then cut in to bit sized pieces.
3. Chop lettuce bell pepper and onion and mix them together in in a bowl.
4. spread blue cheese dressing on tortilla and evenly divide lettuce mixture and meat between the 5 tortillas.
