Ingredients:

  • 1 (19 oz) can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 scallions , cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add sprouts; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, stir in scallions and cook for 2 more minutes.
