Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (19 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained (or 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts)
1 teaspoon salt
4 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add sprouts; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt, stir in scallions and cook for 2 more minutes.
