Bean s Italian Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs soaked in water
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup or 2 tbsp tomato paste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pre heat oven to 350 . Shape meat mixture into golf ball size meatballs. Brown in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Add to Italian Gravy.
