Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain tofu.
  2. Slice tofu into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients except for BBQ sauce with whisk and marinate tofu for one hour at room temperature.
  4. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
  5. Flip slices and bake for another 20 minutes.
  6. Remove pan, spread on BBQ sauce, and finish in oven for 5-10 minutes.
