Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine meat, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, and pepper into mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into a 7 X 5 inch loaf on a rack in a roasting pan.
  4. Spread remaining 1/4 cup bbq sauce over loaf.
  5. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes (or to desired degree of doneness).
