Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Mix everything up with your hands and form into meatballs.
  2. Cook in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
  3. Cut one open to check for doneness.
