Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the bat and balls (until tender) in the beef broth and pineapple juice, with the onion and a dash of salt and about 20 pcs of peppercorn
  2. Saute garlic until brown
  3. Add the beef
  4. Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste
  5. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Add the bay leaf, bellpeppers, carrots, mushroom, and potatoes
  7. If the sauce is too thick, add water
  8. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the liver spread and cheese
  9. If you wish, you can add tabasco sauce
  10. Season to taste
