  1. In bowl, combine parmesan cheese, oil, basil, and garlic powder.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks; add to cheese mixture and toss to coat. Place in 15 x 10-inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn potatoes.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp and tender.
