Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. *White wine vinegar may be substituted for lemon juice.
  3. Southwestern Marinade: substitute 1/4 cup lime juice for lemon juice. Add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro and 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
  4. Asian Marinade: substitute 1/2 cup peanut oil for olive oil 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar for lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce or worcestershire sauce. Add 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
