Ingredients:

  • small amount of onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
  • meijer whole wheat tortilla chips

Directions:

  1. Cut open avocado, peel, and remove the pits
  2. Mash avocado with potato masher
  3. Add garlic, onion, and lemon juice
  4. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste
  5. Mix well
  6. Eat with chips
