Barbs Pineapple Nut Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 8 1/2 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained )
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp of lawry's season salt
  • 2 cups of chopped nuts (optional) i never use

Directions:

  1. Mix all above ingredients together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
  2. Serve with crackers.
  3. You can make this into a cheese ball form also with tin foil.
  4. ** we use 1/3 fat cream cheese and usually sundried tomato basil crackers. Yum! But you can serve it with whatever cracker you wish.
