Directions:

  1. Fix jello using 3 cups water (instead of the four called for).
  2. Chill until slightly set.
  3. In a chilled bowl, beat evaporated milk until it forms soft peaks.
  4. Combine jello, salad dressing and milk. until smooth
  5. Add veggies, mix well.
  6. Chill until firm
