  1. Pour BBQ sauce into a bowl, crumble tempeh into it and let marinate 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, add peppers and onion. Cook until temder. Add tempeh and BBQ sauce, heat through.
  3. Spoon onto roll.
