Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 -4 lbs flank steaks

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak and marinate overnight. Barbecue each side of flank steak 5-7 minutes over hot coals.
