Barbecued Beef Liver

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine catsup, mustard, soy sauce, oil and honey.
  2. Arrange liver on broiler pan; brush with sauce. Broil 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Turn, brush with sauce and broil 3 to 4 minutes longer or until done. Serves 4 to 5.
