Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.F
  2. Cut off excess fat from ribs.
  3. Heat oil. Brown ribs. Place them in a roasting pan.
  4. Combine soy sauce, catsup, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, black
  5. Pepper, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and cayenne.
  6. Pour sauce over ribs, turning to coat evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 to 50 min.
  8. Uncover. Spoon sauce over ribs. Leave uncovered and bake 45 to 50 min. longer until ribs are tender, a rich brown and begin to crisp.
  9. Serve on a large platter, spooning extra sauce over ribs.
  10. Garnish with orange slices and celery leaves, if desired.
