Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  2. Mix mustard, soy and oil into paste.
  3. Spread over topside.
  4. Cook uncovered, 25 minutes for each 500grams.
  5. Stand for 15 minutes before serving.
