Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs round steaks
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Cut steaks in small pieces.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over steaks and cook on low heat in crock cooker for 12 to 14 hours.
