Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions in oil with green peppers.
  2. Add garlic and oregano and saute a bit longer
  3. Add chopped meat, chili powder salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Cook 15 minutes on medium heat
  5. Add beer and crushed tomatoes and cook 15 minutes more
  6. Add beans, catsup and barebecue sauce
  7. Simmer 1 hour or desired cosistency
