Bananna Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • for the muffins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick of melted butter
  • 2 or three bannanas
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of cinnamin
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of quick oats
  • for topping
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamin

Directions:

  1. Mix together the eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla
  2. Add in pumpkin and bannanas
  3. Slowly mix in dry ingredients
  4. Spoon into muffin tins
  5. Mix together the topping ingredients and spoon onto tops of muffins
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
