Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup thinly sliced banana
  • 1 pinch cumin (optional)

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg yolks until thickened.
  2. Add the milk and melted butter into yolks.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
  4. Mix together the dry ingredients then add them to the yolk mixture.
  5. Add the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  6. Gentle stir in the bananas.
  7. Pour into a hot waffle iron.
  8. Bake for 3 minutes.
