Banana Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Gradually add beaten egg, sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Fold in mashed banana.
  4. Melt butter and sprinkle brown sugar through it on bottom of square pan.
  5. Add well drained crushed pineapple and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Pour batter over this mixture and bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
