Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 3/4 cups quick oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cream shortening and add sugar beating until mixture is light. Add egg and blend well. Add banana’s, quick oats and raisins. With this mixture combine flour mixture and drop by tsp onto cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 15 minute
  2. *Oil can be used to replace shortening*.
