Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter or shortening
  • 2 cup oatmeal processed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Process oatmeal until fine and add dry ingredients and butter or shortening. Pulse to combine and incorporated. Mash banana in milk and add to mixture. Bake in greased scone pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
