Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 whole(s) banana mashed
1/4 cup(s) butter or shortening
2 cup(s) oatmeal processed
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 cup(s) soy milk
1/2 cup(s) sugar
Directions:
1. process oatmeal until fine and add dry ingredients and butter or shortening. Pulse to combine and incorporated. Mash banana in milk and add to mixture. Bake in greased scone pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
