Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. I am pretty sure the recipe is: beat butter, sugar and ms together. Add in eggs one at a time. Stir flour/soda mix into batter.
  2. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake in a moderate ovem 180 ( 160 forced fan ) for 35 minutes ( 30-40 mins depending on your oven ).
  3. I will try to confirm the baking time etc tomorrow.
