Banana Ice Cream With Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk evapoarted milk with an electric whisk until thick and mousse like.
  2. Whisk in sugar.
  3. Mash banana to a pulp with the lemon juice then whisk into the evaporated milk.
  4. Spoon into 2 (1kg/2lb) loaf tins cover with foil and freeze until firm
  5. To make sauce place all sauce ingredients in a pan and heat gently until the sugar has disolved
  6. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes until syrupy
  7. Serve with a slice of ice cream! :o).
