Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using an electric mixer beat evaporated milk until thick and the consistancy resemles mousse.
  2. Mix in sugar.
  3. In a small bowl mash bananas to a pulp.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Add banana mixture to evaporated milk.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Transer to freezerproof container and cover.
  8. Freeze for 1 hour.
  9. Stir well and re-freeze until firm.
  10. Transer banana ice to your refrigerator to soften for 30 minutes before serving.
