Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix bottom six ingredients in blender or food processor. Pour into a shallow dish.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into mixture and cook on a 350 degree griddle for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Place cooked bread onto cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for ten minutes.
  4. Serve with light maple syrup.
