Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix at low speed until well mixed, scraping the bowl. If too thick, add 2 to 3 tbsp milk.
  3. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake 35-40 minutes.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with cream cheese icing.
