Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 tsp baking soda disolved in 1 tsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp sour milk
  • 2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter & flour pans.
  3. Cream sugar and shortening.
  4. Add eggs then bananas.
  5. Add milk, soda, & water.
  6. Stir in flour.
  7. Bake for 1 hour
