Banana Pancakes With Honey Pecan Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter
  2. In small bowl, beat butter and honey until smooth
  3. Stir in pecans, then set aside
  4. Pancakes
  5. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
  6. In small bowl, whisk egg, milk, bananas, oil and lemon juice
  7. Stir into dry ingredients until combined
  8. Pour batter by 1/4 cup onto greased hot griddle
  9. Turn when bubbles form on top
  10. Cook until second side is golden brown
  11. Serve with honey pecan butter and syrup
