Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in a stand mixer. Add egg.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Gradually add to wet ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Stir in granola and chocolate chips until well incorporated.
  4. Drop by spoonful onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on sheet 2 minutes. Remove to rack and let cool completely.
