Banana Berry Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp berry yogurt (we used greek style yoghurt)
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon-sugar mixture (the sort you make to put on toast)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  2. You may want to add a bit less milk and then thin it at the end by adding more milk if it is thicker than you prefer.
