Banana Bean Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 400 g or 1-1/2 cups great northern white bean puree (or any light colored bean)

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add all other ingredients except nuts, mix well.
  3. Stir in nuts.
  4. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
