Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 -2 cup banana (pulp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour

Directions:

  1. Cream well: margarine, sugar& eggs.
  2. Add: sour cream, banana pulp& vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add: flour& baking soda.
  5. Mix til blended.
  6. Bake in greased pan 325* for 50-70 minute.
