Balsamic Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna in water
  • 1 -2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 -2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. Drain the tuna and put into a small bowl then mix in mayonnaise.
  2. Slice tomato and lay pieces of tomato on top of tuna mixture.
  3. Drizzle on the balsamic vinegar.
