Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Note: This recipe is to taste.
  2. Please increase or decrease any of the ingredients according to your palate.
  3. Also, use a hand food chopper to dice carrots and pickles (such as Pampered Chef's).
  4. Use the hand chopper to finely chop the carrots and pickles.
  5. Place in a medium sized bowl.
  6. Drain the tuna and remove from can.
  7. Either flake tuna with a fork or chop with the food chopper.
  8. Add to bowl.
  9. Add ground mustard and paprka.
  10. Combine all ingredients.
  11. To tuna mixture, add one tablespoon of both Miracle Whip and Sour Cream.
  12. Combine and add remaining Miracle Whip and Sour Cream if needed to attain your preferred consistency.
  13. Taste mixture and add any additional spices that suit your palate.
