Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Coat skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook pork chops, 4 minutes each side or until done
  3. Remove chops from skillet
  4. Reduce heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and honey.
  5. Bring to a boil and reduce done for 1 minute.
  6. Put chops back in skillet to coat.
  7. Serve
